She was predeceased by: her parents, Ah-Boong Kuo and May Yuan Kuo; and her brother Song Kuo. She is survived by: her husband Henry T. Chang; her children, Andy Chang (Tam Pham), Angela Chang (Christopher Sokolowski) and Cindy Chang (Jordan Macknick); her grandchildren, Nina, Ethan, Elsa, Zachary and Evelyn; and her siblings, Jeannie Kierce, John Kuo, Dong Kuo, Ko Kuo and Fu Kuo.
A memorial service was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hunters Creek Chapel at Earthman Funeral Directors (8303 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77024).
