She was predeceased by: her parents, Lula Mae Caldwell and Gabe Watson; her brothers, Boyce Woods and Bobby Pearl Dixon; and her granddaughter Pamela Rene Jordan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Gloria Shields Harvey and Christane Lois Jordan; and her grandchildren, Michael Harvey, Vernon Harvey, Anthony Harvey and Shuronda Curry. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, other relatives, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Evelyn Banks Mitchell Memorial Chapel (5002 Hershe St, Houston, TX 77020). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Galilee Missionary Baptist Church (1401 Worms St, Houston, TX 77020). A burial was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at the Houston Memorial Gardens Cemetery (2426 Cullen Blvd, Pearland, TX 77581).
