She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Modrzejewski and Helen Modrzejewski; her husband Ervin Pechacek; her siblings, Monica Cegielski (Joe), Charles "Charlie" Modrzejewski, Isadore "Ike" Modrzejewski (Stefania), Sigmund "Curly" Modrzejewski (Ollie), Genevieve Leatherwood (Curtis), Natalie Bielamowicz (Frank), Johnie Modrzejewski (Norma) and Lillian Ray (Marvin); and her brother-in-law Pete Twardowski.

She is survived by: her children, Ronald Pechacek (Debbie), Mark Pechacek, Mike Pechacek (Terri) and Kay Pechacek; her sister Stephanie Twardowski; her grandchildren, Dana Sehion (Will), Abbie Pechacek (Jason), Rebekah Nolen (Jarryd), Shannon Lindholm (Axel) and Kyle Pechacek; and her great grandchildren, Claire, Grace, Olivia, Sadie, Savannah, Emma and Owen. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home and Cemetery (12800 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77077). A rosary will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Jerome Catholic Church (8825 Kempwood Dr, Houston, TX 77080).
