He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Sentel and Thelma Johnson Sentel; his wife Geraldine; and his stepfather A. C.. He is survived by: his siblings, Lee A Lewis (Annette) of Roanoke Virginia and Mary Linda Lewis of Houston Texas; and his cousin Lavera Hoyes.
