He is survived by: his parents, Cleta Burns Jr. The and Alton Burns; his siblings, Chrystal Sawyer (Melvin), Alton Burns (Ashlianne) and Cleta Burns; his aunts, Tilda Foster, Delores Burns, Renita Burns and Priscilla Carter (Olin); his nieces and nephews, Lydia, Melvin, Vance and Cameron; and his cousins, Antoine, Melina (Andrew), Aurelia, Alice (Henry), Audrey, Catherine, Olin (Zenia), Evan and Casen.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church (4000 Sumpter St, Houston, TX 77020). A rosary was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
