He is survived by: his daughter Orlesher Earniece Bell (Debra Lafawn Davis); his siblings, Henry Lee Shelvin Sr., Reva Jean Osoro and Johnnie Ellis Bell (Deatrice Bell); and his close friend Diane Davis. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and cousins.
