He is survived by: his wife Liz; his siblings, Floyd Anderson, Jeanette Sigue, Reolan Anderson, Rita Delahoussaye, Kathy Victorian, Carroll Anderson and Gerard Anderson; his children, Donald Anderson, Jr. (Bonnie), Violet Anderson, Kevin Anderson, Michael Dinh (Patricia), Lindzy Luong (Danny) and Christopher Anderson; and his grandchildren, Kaylin, Paul, Simone Anderson, Oliver, Elanor Dinh and Emerson Luong.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the St. Luke the Evangelist Catholic Church (11011 Hall Rd, Houston, TX 77089). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
