She was predeceased by: her parents, George McCracken and Vera Garriott McCracken; her son Chuck; and her siblings, Colleen, Daphene, Doc, Dee, Don, Okema and Lloydena.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Rodney Shewell Jr. (Chuck) and Susan Boubonais (Ed); her daughter-in-law Lorie Shewell (Paul Lewis); her grandchildren, Charles R. Shewell (Treay), Allyson Shewell-Coontz (Kelly) and Brooke Bourbonais; and her great grandchild Charles R. Shewell IV (Quaid).
Burial will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Kansas City, Kansas on Monday, so the family requests in lieu of flowers, those desiring, may send donations to the Alzheimer's Association or MD Anderson Cancer Research.
