He is survived by: his wife Kay Konvicka (Pefferkorn) of Houston, Texas; his children, Lesley Konvicka of Houston, Texas and Kyle Konvicka of Pearland, Texas; and his siblings, Darryl Konvicka of Houston, Donnie Konvicka (Anna) of Manvel, Texas and Dana Phillips (Joe) of Angleton, Texas.
