He was predeceased by: his mother Georgia Story; and his siblings, Thomas Marling and Connie Marling. He is survived by: his daughter Christine Marling; his close friend Clara Sweeney; his father Thomas Marling; and his siblings, Bonnie Marling Baker (Cory Baker) and James Marling (Helen).
A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Houston National Cemetery (10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038).
