We bid farewell to Daniel Peter Morrison of Houston, Texas, born in Cleveland, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 20, 2025 at the age of 88. Daniel Peter touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Morrison and Rose Eilberg Morrison; and his siblings, Victor Morrison and Connie Baumann. He is survived by: his friend Dr. Shelly Liss; his wife Riki Weinstein; his daughters, Beth Broodo (Kenneth Chaim), Leslie Abrahami (Adam) and Marisa Morrison (Mike Simone); his grandchildren, Natalia Orenstein (Elliot), Max Gutman, Leah Esther Margolies (Rafi), Rachel Rosenberg (Hillel), Mordechai Broodo, Eli Abrahami, Natanel Abrahami, Shmuel Abrahami, Isaac Simone and Lila Simone; his great grandchildren, Teddy Orenstein, Azzi Margolies and Nechemia Rosenberg; and his brothers-in-law, Terry Baumann and Jay Weinstein. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and treasured friends.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Herman & Elaine Proler Chapel at Beth Israel Memorial Garden (1101 Antoine Dr, Houston, TX 77055).
