He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Ebin and Lillie Mae Bell (Sasser); his siblings, Larry Bell, Patsy Hensarling and Ronnie Dale Bell; and his granddaughter Bonnie Bell Walker.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Bell; his daughter Frankie Rogers; his granddaughters, Amber Nicole Walker, Kristina Elizabeth Rogers and Jessica Renee Rogers; his great grandchildren, Cameron Michael Walker, Brayden Edward Rogers, Tristan Eric Jimenez and Colton Bryce Modisette; and also Kandy Hensarling Tant.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Carter Conley Funeral Home (13701 Corpus Christi St, Houston, TX 77015). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:15 PM at the Brookside Memorial Park (13747 Eastex Fwy, Houston, TX 77039).
