He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Louis Green and Minnie Green. He is survived by: his wife Pat Green; his children, Mindy Green, Barbra, Scott Novak, Josh and Amanda Silberman; his granddaughters, Zoe, Ava Novak, Helena and Arianna Silberman; and his sisters, Shelley Green and Lauren Smith. He is also survived by many sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Seven Acres Jewish Senior Care Services, or a charity of your choice.

“So sorry to hear about the passing of Chuck I knew him through high school and over the years whenever I saw him around he was always friendly and would see him some times coming back from the Astros games on the bus what a friendly guy never a bad thing to say about anybody I'm so sorry to hear of his passing. I met his Dad one time he treated me in the ER he was just as friendly.”
