He is survived by: his significant other Linda Jean Harville; his son Charles Rees Parsley II; his grandson William Douglas Parsley; his sister Frances McAnear; his sons, Chad Parsley and Doug Parsley; his daughter-in-law Maggie Parsley; and his grandchildren, Avery, Charlotte, Sam, James, Jason, Joel, Christie Lynn, Rosalie Hammond and Lydia Sanchez.
