He is survived by: his sisters, Kathy Thomas and Jana Godwin; his children, Charles David Donovan (Kathrin Karin Donovan) of Germany, Jesse LeRoy Donovan, Wayne Evans (Hazel Bishop Evans), Dannie Marx (Cassandra Marx), Robin Lowe (Boone Lowe) and Kimberly Farmer; his grandchildren, Jeremy Charles Donovan, Amy Maria Donovan, Rebecca Zappone and Jessica Lowe; his uncle Ralph Donovan; and also Patricia Ann Donovan.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Brookside Funeral Home-Cypress Cr (9149 Hwy 6 N, Houston, TX 77095). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Houston National Cemetery (10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038).
