It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Richard Welch (Houston, Texas), born in Waco, Texas, who passed away on July 21, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his half-sister Lucille Cockrell. He is survived by: his wife Mona Welch; his sons, Kenneth Welch (Laurel), Bryan Welch (Beth) and Darrell Welch (Shay); his grandchildren, Shawn Welch, Lance Welch, Ashley Welch, Jordan Welch, Blake Welch, Ethan Welch, Andrew Welch, Brayton Grace Welch, Barret Welch and Beckett Welch; and also Dallas.
