He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles August and Mary Parham; and his sisters, Mary Hall and Becky Eustace. He is survived by : his wife Marjorie Parham; his children, Charles Kevin Parham (Christi Parham) and Terry Bell (Jeff Bell); his sister-in-law Terry Kashinski (Mike Kashinski); his daughter Anney Murphy; and his grandchildren, Shelby Parham, Charles Austin Parham, Carlee Schiffner (Daniel Schiffner) and Jerett Bell.

Due to concerns about the COVID pandemic, there will be no scheduled visitation.
