With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Charles Edward Mullins D. (Houston, Texas), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He is survived by: his wife Arlene; his children, Charles Jr., Bob (Julie) and Sandie (Charles Moger); his grandchildren, Kristine Riggs (Adam), Kelley Fluty (Adam), Kyle Meyers (Amy) and Grant Meyers (Lizzy); and his stepgrandchildren, John, Kate and Stella Moger. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Grace Presbyterian Church (10221 Ella Lee Ln, Houston, TX 77042).
