He is survived by: his wife Amelia Quiroga; his children, Ricardo Quiroga (Patricia), Rosa Ribbe (Mark) and Ana Sklark (Edward); his sisters, Sedera Quiroga, Blanca Ramirez (Cristoval), Maria Elena (Guadalupe Gutierrez) and Lydia Perez; his grandchildren, Erik Javier Ontiveros (Stephanie), Amanda Nicole Arispe, Ashley Maire Garza, Richard Cenovio Quiroga, Charles Allen Ribbe (Bora), Christina Alicia Quiroga and Danielle Marie Clifton (Jose); his great grandchildren, Joseph Garza, Alysia Garza, Arissa Rexach, Tre Garza, Adalyn Arispe, Aubree Arispe, Adon Garza, Autumn River Ontiveros and Camila Elena Clifton; and his great great grandchildren, Aaliyah Garza and Adianna Garza.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Crowder Funeral Home (2422 E Broadway St, Pearland, TX 77581). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
