She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Willingham; her parents, Carl Hornbeck and Dessie Hornbeck; and her brothers, William Douglas Hornbeck and Carlton Wayne Hornbeck.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Willingham Mooney (Greg); her grandchildren, Kimberley Mooney Neuroth (William) and Michael Mooney (Yeliz); and her great grandchildren, Aurora and Thomas. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
If preferred, the family requests donations to the Susan G. Komen Foundation, the American Cancer Society, or the National Kidney Foundation in Carla's memory in lieu of flowers.
