He is survived by: his parents, Leslie Horsley and Michael Horsley of Chico; his brother Eric Michael Horsley of Lewisville; and his uncles, Chuck Rothermel (Nelda) and Ricky Rothermel (Pat). He is also survived by several cousins, and a host of friends.
