With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Gene Blumenshine in Houston, Texas, who passed away on April 12, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Blumenshine and Mary Blumenshine; his grandparents, James and Ada Lee Hensley; and his granddaughter Jessica Castillo.
He is survived by: his wife Pat; his sister Nelda McCallister (Bob); his children, Jody Castillo (Tom) and Mark Blumenshine (Donna); his grandchildren, Garrett Blumenshine, Courtney Clinefelter (Matt), Paige Porter (Simon) and Nicole Brown (Sam); and his great grandchildren, Beaux Porter, Cash Porter, Pierceton Porter, Camden Clinefelter, Grayson Clinefelter, Hunt Brown and Hays Brown.
A graveside service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 1:15 PM at the Houston National Cemetery (10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038).
