Assaad Farid Felefli Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Assaad Farid Felefli (Houston, Texas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 30, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Farid Felefli and Bahiya Saqr; his siblings, Nhemtallah Felefli, Shukrallah Felefli (Saida Felefli), Mariam Felefli (Jiryis Felefli) and Said Felefli; his brother-in-law Michalis Kyriacous; and his nephew Zaydan Felefli.
He is survived by: his wife Nehmat; his children, Sandra (Alex Chandy), Bernard (Grace) and Nadim; his grandchildren, Sophia, Natalie, Helena, Norah, Peter, Simon and Christopher; and his sisters, Nijme Kiriakous and Nazha Felefli. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Our Lady of the Cedars Maronite Catholic Church (11935 Bellfort Village Dr, Houston, TX 77031). A rosary was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Tranquility Oaks Cemetery (22302 Hildebrandt Rd, Spring, TX 77389).
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in Assaad's memory to Our Lady of the Cedars' fundraising campaign for relief efforts in Lebanon (https://checkout.square.site).
