He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Finney and Marvel Davis; his sister Debra Finney; and his former wife Karen Franks. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Finney; his children, David Finney and Shari Cagle (Jason); his grandchildren, Brooke Cagle, Gavin Finney, Emma Cagle, Sarah Cagle, Amos Sanden (Finney), Wyatt Finney and Molly Cagle; and his siblings, Rebecca Davis (Drew), Darin Haberman (Cheri) and Helen Pilcher (James). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Klein Funeral Home - Cy Fair (9719 Wortham Blvd, Houston, TX 77065). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. The military honors was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 12:45 PM at the Houston National Cemetery (10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038).
His passions included, wood working, riding motorcycles, helping with charity events, and serving as Campmaster in the Boy Scouts.
