He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Atabong Tangu and Francisca Tangu; and his wife Margaret Vunkeng Tangu. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Jude Agendia (Melissa), Jane-Frances Ndemanu, Keumboh Tangu, Aime Tangu and Marie-Louise Tangu; his grandchildren, Micah, Abram Agendia, Ethan Tangu Christian, Lionel, Meira, Roger Mepewou, Kah Kenfack and Kehmia Kiamboh Fortingo; and his nieces, Delphine Merewou (Roger) and Sydole Mbakoup-Fortinge (Robert).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Unity Funeral Home (7730 Boone Rd, Houston, TX 77072). Viewing was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. Justin Martyr Catholic Church (13350 Ashford Point Dr, Houston, TX 77082). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Forest Park (12800 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77077).
