We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2024, at the age of 81, Abel Carreon (Houston, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Maria of Jesus Carreon; and his daughter-in-law Veronica Barron. He is survived by: his children, Juan, Abel Carreon and Maria Carreon; his children-in-law, Rene Ruiz, Teresa and Nancy Monserrat; and his grandchildren, Nathan Carreon, Nicole Ruiz and Katelyn Ruiz.
A memorial service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Santana Funeral Directors (5352 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77007). A rosary was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Santana Funeral Directors - Katy (5352 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77007). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (1505 Kane St, Houston, TX 77007). A burial was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Historic Hollywood Cemetery (3506 N Main St, Houston, TX 77009).
