He was predeceased by: his children, Cynthia Cook McBride and Miles Cook. He is survived by: his wife Mickey Cook; his grandchildren, Lisa Neuman (Greg) and Sean McBride (Jeaneth); and his great grandchildren, Zach, Matthew Neuman and Isaac McBride. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
