He is survived by: his daughters, Stephannie Lutz of McKinney, TX and Melinda Caudill of Frisco, TX; his sisters, Shirley Bishop-Terrell (Steve) of Reddick, FL and Jeanne Mundy (Darrell) of Plano, TX; and his grandchildren, Ashleigh Caudill of Texas, Jordan Lutz of Texas, Alex Lutz of Texas and Cassie Lutz of Texas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, aunts and cousins.
