He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Reed Wagoner and Mary Griffith Wagoner. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Wagoner (Tracy) and Alicia DeFranco; his siblings, Betty Dahl (Norman) and Russell Wagoner (Cathleen); and his granddaughters, Destiny DeFranco, Wren Wagoner, Delilah Towe and Dalynn DeFranco. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
