She was predeceased by: her parents, Wladyslaw Niedzielski and Genowefa Niedzielski. She is survived by: her husband Marek Waclawiak; her children, Dominika Best, Karolina Waclawiak and Mark Waclawiak; her son-in-law Dave Best; and her granddaughter Iza Best.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation in Krystyna's name.
