It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Panning of Horseshoe Bay, Texas, who passed away on December 8, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Panning and Ardith Panning (Leibarth); his daughter Kristy Panning; his granddaughters, Ashley, Brittany and Chelsie Gwynne; and his brother Richard Panning.
