He is survived by : his wife Deeann Bailey; his children, Brian Oestrick of Horseshoe Bay and Kari Leiva of Leander; his brother Jackie Oestrick of Jarrell; and his grandchildren, Callie, Ayden, Alexander Leiva, Auston and Lela Oestrick.

Visitation was held on Saturday, June 22nd 2024 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Oestrick Residence (308 Granite Shoals Dr, Horseshoe Bay, TX 78657). A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 22nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, June 22nd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Allen-McNeill Cemetery (2443 Cuernavaca Dr N, Austin, TX 78733).
