She was predeceased by : her parents, Reginald Herbert and Lena Ford-Payne Archer. She is survived by : her husband John Brown; her children, Deborah Neiman (Terry) of Horseshoe Bay, Steven Brown (Colette) of Austin, Judy Laube (Rick) of Spicewood, Donald Brown (Ellen) of Cibolo and Suzanne Brown of Horseshoe Bay; her siblings, Robin Archer and Carol Ealey of Witney, England.; her grandchildren, Nicolas Garcia, Christopher Neiman, Jaclyn Powell, Jordan Neiman, Leah Lash and Lauren Laube; and her nephews, Darren and Philip Ealey. She is also survived by five great-grandsons.

The family requests that people make donations in support of the Special Olympics, in lieu of sending flowers.
