He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph B Abbott and Vivian Abbott (McDonald); and his siblings, Earl Abbott, Royce Abbott and Eva Jeffers.
He is survived by : his wife Glenda Abbott of Horseshoe Bay, Texas; his brother Danny Abbott (Brenda) of Troup, Texas; his daughter Cindy Grantham (Harlan) of Sunrise Beach, Texas; his grandchildren, Niki Hood (Zach) of Kingsland, Texas and Clay Grantham (Kara) of Granite Shoals, Texas.; and his great grandchildren, Jace Ryan Hood and Luke Zachary Hood.
