Torres-Salinas; his children, Ruben Salinas (Tina), Ivan Salinas (Sara), Christian Prado and Analisa Salinas; his parents, Cesario Salinas Sr. and Ofelia Salinas; and his siblings, Ernie Salinas (Cindy) and Edna Morris (Gabe). He is also survived by 3 loving Grandchildren.
