She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Neal and Ouidamae Neal. She is survived by: her husband Jay Fields; her children, Casey Fields (Natasha), Chad Fields (Alyssa) and Miranda Bowman (Tyler); her grandchildren, Nicholas Fields, Jace Fields, Cason Fields, Annabella Fields, Noah Fields and Hudson Bowman; and her siblings, Joey Neal and Ranay Ballan. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
