She is survived by : her sons, Johnathan Thompson (Chiara), Terrence Thompson, Chijon, Carey, Chikere, Kheperi and Khinuu Thompson (Ta'Merri); and her siblings, Lela J. Garvin, Mary L. Jackson, Dorothy Battle Webster, Billy Thompson, Gregory Thompson (Nancy) and Steven Thompson (Marilyn). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
