He is survived by: his children, Richard Hight of Grand Junction, CO, Dunleigh Hight of Splendora, TX, Homer Tyree "Ty" Hight of Hooks, TX, Guy Hight (Barbara) of Texarkana, AR and Louise Reed (L. J.) of Pasadena, TX; his siblings, Willie Koonce of Houston, TX, Leroy Koonce and Dorothy Broadway of Nacogdoches, TX; and his caregiver Carolyn Choate of Hooks, TX.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
