He was predeceased by: his parents, Clavis Lee Bell and Dorothy Jean Buckland Bell. He is survived by: his son Heath; his daughter-in-law Lacy Bell of Texarkana, Texas; his daughter Karrie Kemp of Texarkana; and his grandchildren, Loren Bell, Karlie Stinson and Karsyn Kemp. He is also survived by cousins; and numerous other relatives and friends.
