He is survived by: his wife Norma Rehkopf Norwood; his son Joe D. Norwood (Georgia Teague); his grandchildren, Jared Smith (Lauren) and Gena Barreto (Ronnie); his great grandchildren, Harrison Smith, Finn Smith and Alexa Barreto; his nieces, Jan Briggs and Ann Marie Hasson; and his nephew Leon Norwood, Jr.. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
