He was predeceased by: his father Billy Wayne Newkirk. He is survived by: his mother Willie B. Newkirk of Weatherford; his wife Vickie Newkirk of Hooks; his stepchildren, J. T. Townley of Hooks, Casey Cribbs of Texarkana and Alex Townley of Texarkana; his siblings, Robert (Paula Newkirk), Paul (Pam Newkirk) and Vicki; his brother-in-law John Hall of Breckenridge; his mother-in-law Frances Owen of New Boston; and his grandchildren, Connor Green, Cason Cribbs and Cameron Cribbs. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
