He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rachel Howard and Corine Johnson; his wife Martha; his sister-in-law Ophelia Howard of Washington, TX; his children, Tedra, Amber Howard and Thomas Howard; and his grandchildren, Jonathan Howard (Markell) of Houston, TX, Kendrick Blake, Alyvia Marion of Seattle, WA and Quynci Williams of Gary, IN. He was also cherished by five great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
