He is survived by: his parents, Cynthia Fagan of Hooks and Carl Fagan Sr. (Julie Phillips) of Texarkana; his children, Jearemy and Izabella Fagan of Hooks; his godson Julian Williams of New Boston; and his siblings, Nicole Davis of Cross Roads, Shaina Polk (Shain) of Hooks, Whittney Craig (Jimmy) of Texarkana, Bhrittney Fagan of Texarkana, Jeffery Parker, BryanParker of Florida and Christopher White of Texas. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
