She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ford and Nannie Shackelford Ford; her husband James Medley; her siblings, Kathleen Gipson (JT), Mary Gilmore (James) and Joseph "Buddy" Ford (Claudine); her brother-in-law Herman Yeager; and her nephews, Rusty Yeager and Ronnie Ford.

She is survived by: her sister Evelyn Yeager of Hooks, Texas; and her nieces and nephews, Pam Ford Dunning, Michele Gipson-Corn, Jim Gilmore, Mickey Gilmore, Terry Yeager, Jason Ford, Jeff Yeager, Kylie Yeager and Bryan Yeager of Hooks, Texas..
