He was predeceased by: his parents, Morgan Harley and Ossie Harley; and his brothers, Morgan Harley Jr. and Wayne Harley. He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Harley (Mossakowski) of Petty; his children, Jennifer Stevens (Joseph) of Bonham, Michael Harley of Petty, Sabrina Summers (Michael) of Trenton and Jessica Nedbalek (Skylar) of Petty, Texas.; and his grandchildren, Colten Harley, Landon Summers, Kinsey Boze, Serena Summers, Kaylen Atchley, Brighten Stevens, Zander Stevens, Evan Summers and Bella Summers.
