She was predeceased by: her parents, John William and Annie Shoemak Canida; her husband Curtis Milam; and her daughters, Flora Ann Smith, Ruth Powell, Mary Dennis and Carolyn Lester.
She is survived by: her children, John Foster and Glenda Rickman (Larry). She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
