She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Lee and Lavinia Katherine McBurnett; her siblings, Dean, Lavinia, Theresa and James Louis; her husband John Marion Barker; her son Douglas; and her nephews, Fred Hohenberger, Steve McBurnett and Johnny McBurnett.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Mellinger (Mark) of Columbus, MS; her daughter-in-law Betty Barker of Porterville, CA; her grandchildren, Katie Mellinger of Pasadena, CA, Matthew Mellinger (Amy) of St. Louis Park, MN, James Barker (Melissa) of Newark, TX and Joe Barker of Visalia, CA; her great grandchildren, Marguerite and Juliet Barker; and her nieces and nephews, Sherrye Price, Sheila Berkshire, Arthur Hohenberger, Mac Hohenberger, James Hohenberger and Allen Robinson.
The family request donations be made to the Dodd City Cemetery.
