He is survived by: his children, Michelle Welch (Tim) and Joshua Daly (Karen); his grandchildren, Jeremiah Welch (Kaitlyn) and Savannah Welch; his great grandchildren, Abilene Welch and Josie Welch; and his siblings, Daryl Fraley (Jan), Allen Fraley (Sandy), Martin Fraley (Robin) and Sharron Turbyfill (Bruce). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
