He is survived by: his sons, Jimmy Kuykendall Jr. (Lori) of Honey Grove, Texas, Michael Kuykendall (Vickie) of Denison, Texas and Richard Kuykendall (Jan) of Waskom, Texas; and his brother J. P. Kuykendall (Mary) of Bonham, Texas. He is also survived by four grandchildren & a host of friends.
