He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathaniel Earl and Geraldine Bostwick. He is survived by: his son Jeffery Scott Bostwick of Jay; his granddaughter Samantha Bostwick of San Antonio; his brother Ron Bostwick (Martha) of Denison; and his cousin Gary Milton. He is also survived by nieces and one nephew and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
